As an Inside Sales Representative, you will…
Act as trusted advisors and provide assistance to customers from start to finish
Demonstrate the ability to
convert prospects, close deals and meet sales goals
Understand the growing marketplace, and purse prospects with innovation and best-in-class product knowledge
Assess customer needs, provide product features and benefits, price quotes, and prepare sales order forms/reports
Create and maintain good relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Work within a team ranging from 5 to 20 (dependent on the showroom location)
The experience we need…
1 year of direct work experience in a sales environment
Strong negotiation and excellent written and verbal communication skills (Second language is an asset: Mandarin, Cantonese, Punjabi and Hindi)
Excellent computer skills, with an ability to learn internal programs
Solid experience in opportunity qualification, planning, and time management
Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
The ability to develop strong win-win business relationships, generating returning customers
Self motivated individuals, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
Individuals with high level of integrity and work ethic
