Now, if you were to come on board as our HR Admin/Analyst, we’d ask you to do the following for us:
Associate Feedback Survey Creation and Analysis
Tracking of Data, including;
Year End Merit and Bonus list validation and exceptions
Lay-Off Severance / Recall consolidation
Data validation or administration leading up to migration into new HRIS system
Work closely with other support groups
Provide administrative support to all levels
Support the HR Service Centre team members
Think you have what it takes to be our HR Admin/Analyst? We’re committed to hiring the best talent for the role. Here’s how we’ll know you’ll be successful in the role:
Two years of experience in Administrative capacity, HR analyst or in reporting.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including Office Online tools, Word, Outlook, Visio, Teams, etc.
Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
Exposure to HRIS and/or payroll systems, ticketing systems, and the ability to navigate systems
Proven analytical, innovative, and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Readily adaptable to changing work priorities.
English/French bi-lingual optional, but significant asset.
