Ben's Towing & Auto Wrecking requires a Dispatcher/Bookkeeper. Knowledge of the transportation/towing industry is definitely an asset but not required. This position is 4-5 days per week - negotiable with successful candidate. Benefits package available after successful completion of probationary period. The successful candidate will work well with our existing office Management team and will be comfortable working a combination of Dispatcher and Bookkeeper dependent upon daily office needs.

Dispatch Duties include the following: answering phones, taking tow call information, dispatching drivers, booking long hauls, scheduling equipment moves, reconciling billing, receiving bill payments, email correspondence, completing daily log sheets and managing the yard inventory.

Bookkeeping experience in Payroll & Sage 50 are required.

The successful candidate will be able to multi-task in a high paced environment, have a good sense of humour, be very attentive to detail and be comfortable with cats in the workplace.
