St. Alban's Boys' and Girls' Club is seeking a dynamic individual to join our outstanding team to develop, support and direct programs to youth and young adults at our St. Alban’s location.

Key responsibilities:
<!- [if !supportLists]->· The development, promotion, delivery, supervision and evaluation of the “Raising the grade” A new youth program to support young adults to finish school and develop a personal development plan, creative arts (i.e. drama, creative writing, music, dance, etc,); recreation (i.e. skill development, leagues, Inter Club, competitive etc); technology (i.e. skill development, digital arts and music, web design, etc) and social development programs (i.e. asset building, homework assistance, employment readiness, mentoring, etc.) for youth and young adults.

<!- [if !supportLists]->· <!-[endif]->Facility, equipment and capital asset supervision and management.

<!- [if !supportLists]->· <!-[endif]->Community development, parent groups and liaise with other service organizations.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Experiences:
Management level supervision for at least 3 years

3-5 years of experience in providing supervision, training, workshops, or other educational experiences to youth and adult populations
Experience and knowledge base of E-portfolios, website design, and digital learning
Experience with data collection, program evaluation and web analysis
Knowledge of/or experience using youth or adult training/learning strategies
Experience working with diverse populations in various settings
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Successful grant writing experience
Boys and Girls Club experience
Valid driver’s license (F Class Prefered)
Current First Aid and CPR certifications
High Five PHCD and Quest II
High Five Trainer (an asset)
Search Institute – Asset Training or experience
Clear Police Reference Check
