GURUS is growing its Oracle PBCS/Hyperion practice. We are looking for an experienced planning and budgeting consultant who is motivated by the challenge of participating in the development of a new practice as well as learning new Cloud-based ERP.
What we value from our Lead PBCS Analyst:
3-5 years of experience with Hyperion or Oracle PBCS (or any similar products)
University degree in Information Technology, Accounting or a relevant discipline in Business Administration (accounting, finance, etc.)
Experience in all phases of a project: analysis, design, deployment, configuration, system administration, conversion, installation, training, support
Desire to build tools, documents and establish processes from scratch to guarantee smooth project delivery
Fast learning, curiosity for business and technology
What's a regular day for our PBCS Analyst at GURUS?
Support sales team in pre-sales situations.
Perform and supervise requirements gathering/analysis, gap identification, solution architecture/design, delivery plan definition, documentation and training.
Analyze business procedures and determine the appropriate modifications to be applied to PBCS
Assist in the development of specifications, configure the system, oversee and deploy environment modifications
Host meetings directly with clients to gather requirements, analyze situations and provide solutions
Work in conjunction with programmers and project manager to coordinate efforts and meet deadlines, as well as providing a status of the work in progress and providing input to help adjust the planning
Provide training to end users during the implementation phase
Provide training sessions with other Functional Analysts to share industry knowledge and PBCS/Hyperion best practices.
Create training material and documentation to insure knowledge transfer to peers
Provide support and act as a Subject Matter Expert for all PBCS/Hyperion related enquiries.
