Position

Dormakaba is recruiting a talented Operations Business Designer on a 12-month term with a strong opportunity to be extended full-time.

The dormakaba Oracode technology is a fast-growing, high-potential proprietary dormakaba technology. Integrating this into the dormakaba Porthos platform has created a synergistic business opportunity to grow this technology globally. As a member of the dormakaba digital team, the main purpose of the role is to plan and implement business processes for the Oracode (Porthos) platform services.

You will be a key contributor on a dynamic team, expand your skillset and become an expert in the most popular cloud software development strategies for dormakaba digital. We are looking for an independent, self-motivated, and innovative analyst to implement industry best practices.

As the Business Process Designer, you will be given the freedom and responsibility to create the best business value service for our customer. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and collaboration, the candidate will be required to perform at the best of his abilities. We need someone who will design the best experience for our B2C customers from the web to product delivery to cultivating the long term customer relationships.

The position requires global collaboration with interface points in EMEA and APAC. The candidate will be learning the global dormakaba product lines where the Oracode technology can have top success.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop the best customer experience for the B2C vacation rental market

Diagnose and analyze the needs of our customers, and design or enhance our customer experience, manufacturing and distribution processes

Capture the essential elements of customer journeys and the supporting business process, analyze them quickly and extract strengths and weaknesses that are subject to improvement

Plan improvements, then direct and monitor their implementation and execution

Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on sales, marketing, and financial performance using primary KPIs

Systematically gather insights and translate to business requirements, mock-ups, features, process diagrams and workflows in close collaboration with the solution development team.

Communicate requirements to the solution development team or supporting functions.

Job Requirements

Required profile

DEC/BAC in IT or equivalent

5 years as business analyst

Knowledge of web based B2C processes, production processes, distribution, and finance (asset)

Experience in SAFe or Agile project management

Ability to quickly understand customer needs and translate them into new business processes

Synthesis and analysis capacity

Excellent time management and organization skills

Must have excellent communication skills

Fluent in both languages : English and French, both oral and written

Make life smart and secure

Knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) is an asset
