Solicit new business through proactive direct sales efforts
Develop and maintain a sales pipeline in order to meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Use CRM (Salesforce) software to track activity.
Support Avid's goals through teamwork and collaboration with all departments
Work with team to source opportunities and open doors
Represent the company at industry trade shows and conferences in order to obtain new leads and progress existing leads
Think creatively in order to bring fresh ideas and new strategies with regard to business development opportunities and overall sales growth
Utilizes effective, strategic, and disciplined sales process
Experience operating in a high-growth and early stage business environment
A strong history of quota attainment and excellent performance as an individual contributor
Experience in the construction/home building industry
Ability to develop strong business relationships
