Bee Clean Building Maintenance is Canada’s largest 100% Canadian-owned janitorial company. With over 20 offices across Canada, we have been providing expert building maintenance and complete janitorial services for 50 years to a variety of clients.

We are currently looking for a dynamic individual to join our strong and established team as an Office Administrative Assistant in Prince George, BC. We are looking to hire immediately.

The role of the Office Administrative Assistant is to support the Occupational Health and Safety, and Accounting departments. It requires the ability to multi-task, provide solutions, keeping short term and long term organizational goals in mind, as well as the strong ability to communicate with all stakeholders.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for front desk duties
  • Efficiently and accurately compile data from a variety of forms from both electronic and paper images
  • Review data for deficiencies, resolve discrepancies, or return incomplete data to Supervisors for resolution
  • Generate critical reports for higher level management
  • Verify and compile billing information for Accounts Receivables
  • Maintain the privacy of confidential information

The desired candidate will have:

  • Superior communication skills
  • A minimum of 2 years of secretarial/ clerical / office experience
  • Proficiency with computer systems (both Microsoft Office and Google Suite)
  • Strong attention to detail and an aptitude for numbers

The candidate must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
