Lounsbury Chevrolet Moncton has an opening for a bilingual Customer Service Representative to work within our Service Department. Working within a team, you will answer all in-coming calls to the Service Department and place out-going calls to customers.

This is a Monday to Friday position from 9am to 6pm (hours are flexible). No evenings or weekends!

Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls to the Service Department to schedule appointments and/or provide information about products and services.
Conduct out-bound calls to customers to confirm appointments and annual service reminders.
Up-sell or sell complimentary products to customers who are booking appointments.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
College diploma in Office Administration, Business Administration and/or Marketing, is preferred
Previous experience in a call centre and/or dealerhsip is an asset.
Must be bilingual in English and French
Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Operating system, basic understanding of Excel, Internet, email
