Please note - This job posting is for a Temporary 2 week time period the weeks of Dec 9th and Dec 16th and requires someone that is available to work day shift for those 2 weeks Monday through Friday.

Must have previous administrative experience.

Physiohaus Health & Wellnessoffers Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, and Massage Therapy services to our patients with the highest level of quality and compassionate care. We are a growing clinic looking to add an additional Administrative Assistant to our team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering the telephone, greeting, and assisting clients
  • Responding to inquiries and helping clients with problems
  • Booking clients and processing payments (Telus & JaneApp Experience preferred)
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail, courier and faxes
  • Providing administrative support under the direction and support of the office manager and clinic director
  • Assisting with photocopier/fax maintenance

Qualifications:

  • Must work well in a fast-paced environment - we are a busy and growing healthcare clinic
  • In-person and Telephonic customer service experience, ideally from a medical clinic setting
  • Understanding of medical terminology is an asset
  • Health-related educational background is preferred
  • High level of computer proficiency with experience in Microsoft Office
