We're looking for a Customer Service Representative for our Winnipeg location serving our valued customers and providing support within our Clean-It-Centre store.

The Position:
As Customer Service Representative with Swish, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll be responsible for delivering best in class customer service for both internal and external customers.

Who You Are:
You are helpful and driven, always making sure to follow through on requests, and look for ways to go the extra mile. You like to keep busy, finding ways to pitch in and help other departments.

You are comfortable providing administrative support to the Account Managers and acting as a liaison between Account Managers and the customers through email, telephone, and fax.

You have demonstrated experience in a customer service position and aim to provide the best customer experience possible: every customer, every time.

The role:
As a Customer Service Representative, will be the face of the Company as you will be the first point of contact for many customers. Your goal is to provide each customer with the best experience possible.

How do you do this?

By answering inquiries and processing customer orders in a timely, accurate, and professional manner while looking for opportunities to improve the process.

By expediting outside and inside sales, ensuring adherence to contract pricing and quotations provided by the Account Manager.

Working closely with the Service Department to coordinate completion of service orders effectively and efficiently.

Through supporting the overall department by owning administrative functions such as scheduling, invoicing, warranty processing, preparing agreements, data entry etc.

And finally, through providing support to our Clean It Centre store when needed, including servicing customers, picking orders, etc.

Hours:
The hours of the role are Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with availability to work in the Clean It Centre every other Saturday.
