- Ensure Strategic Plans are aligned with operational plans, with a focus on continuous improvement

- You will be responsible for financial oversight, personnel development, operational planning, and leading our experienced Management Team to meet company objectives

- Your focus will include the implementation of Strategic Plans to ensure expected operating performance and return on investment is achieved while safeguarding company assets

- You will manage and supervise all office and finance personnel including scheduling, assignment, direction, performance review with input on pay adjustments, hiring and discipline consistent with company policy- Investigation and fostering partnerships with other potential stakeholders as directed by the NDC Board of Directors

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES

- The successful applicant will have excellent, clear communications, and negotiating skills

- A minimum Bachelor's Degree in either Financial Management, Business Management, or both

- 5 Years or more of relevant experience in a leadership role with multiple location oversight

- Strong leadership skills, ability to plan, set goals, train and coach managers and employees

- Ability to analyze and think strategically, problem solve, and conduct root cause analysis

- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Excel and Word

- Knowledge or experience with continuous improvement in a production and/or retail environment

- A valid Driver's licence

- A clean criminal record
