Working without significant direction to delivers customer focused training, provides complex problem solving
services, and the promotion and growth of extra corporeal blood therapies (ECBT) in a field environment. Require to perform sales activities with customers for the sale of company products.
Develop and present and/or direct the development and presentation of sales and/or clinical applications training programs, customer training, trainer training, symposiums, and seminars.
Provide therapy, technical, and operation consultation to utilizing the Prismaflex and Prismax,during implementation and post-implementation phases for all acute therapies product lines.
Conduct on-site customer training either on days, evening or night shift depending of customer needs.
Provide excellent project management using appropriate tools for effective organization of the implementation process from the pre-sales phase to the on-going post implementation phase.
Assists customer teams in policy, procedure, and protocol development.
Clearly conveys information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a
manner that promotes growth of ECBT within an organization.
Perform ongoing market assessment of customers' technical and therapy needs. Set up the
process to collect and review information needed to manage the implementation process.
Provide 24-7 customer coverage.
Develop and use collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of business goals with both internal (sales) and external customers.
Effectively meet or exceed customer needs and build productive customer relationships.
Learn and maintain Boost (CRM) customer database with contact information and sales data.
Analyze therapy trends in the marketplace and communicate this market knowledge effectively to provide detailed input/feedback to Acute Therapies Business/Marketing Management and Acute Therapies Sales Teams.
Work in a consultative manner with customers and in collaboration with other Acute Therapies team members to ensure a successful implementation process at customer sites while supporting the goals of the Acute Therapies business
Interact as a field expert with other functional areas in the company to develop a thorough exchange of planning information between our customer and these business areas.
Assist Acute Therapies territory manager in developing therapy/product growth in existing and potential accounts. Identify and solve complex and or unusual customer problems in a timely manner.
Special projects as assigned.
Document and provide written solutions to recurring problems for client use incorporating use of corporate label approval policies.
Transfer knowledge of implementation process to other areas of the company, i.e. sales,marketing and others.
Deliver ECBT presentations at local and regional critical care/nephrology/hepatology/cardiology conferences as needed and travel with appropriate tools and/or resources to perform responsibilities (i.e. laptop computer, etc).
Stay updated with current developments and trends in the Continuous Extracorporeal Blood Therapy industry.
Support development of implementation materials, documentation and labeling with Acute Therapies subject matter experts and marketing managers (including regulatory, ECO process and validation support tools.
Assist in clinical trials, to include site selection, training of site participants and performing some clinical monitoring.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
A minimum of five years clinical experience, preferably in Critical Care and ECBT environment.
2 years of education experience in Critical Care.
Strong, demonstrated expertise in product and therapy knowledge (CRRT, TPE, & catheters)
Demonstrates effective leadership skills thorough industry knowledge.
Demonstrates ability to manage and develop clinical people while managing to achieve the sales and support team goals profitably on a consistent basis

Able to comply with customer credentialing requirements in order to gain and maintain access to
assigned facilities. Requirements are defined by each customer and typically include health
