This is a unique and exciting opportunity for the right candidate to serve as part-time (16 hours weekly) Director of Clinical Services, serving all Berwick communities.
About the Role:
The Director of Clinical Services is responsible for strategic level oversight of the Care Units and Assisted Living Programs at each Berwick community. Responsibilities include development of clinical education and promotion of professional standards, regulatory compliance, risk management, and ensuring the highest degree of quality resident care is maintained. Provides clinical direction and leadership to the Regional Manager of Care Services and Care Unit Managers in coordination with the General Manager. Maintains and develops policies and procedures to meet all Residential Care Regulations and Licensing requirements. Liaises directly with Community Licensing Officers or other community professionals as required. This position resources Berwick Management from a clinical perspective on an as-needed basis.
