Job Description & Summary

A career in our Cyber Security practice, within Risk Assurance Compliance and Analytics services, will provide you with the opportunity to assist clients in developing analytics and technology solutions that help them detect, monitor, and predict risk. Using advanced technology, we’re able to focus on establishing the right controls, processes and structures for our clients to ensure that decisions are based on accurate information and assure that information provided to third parties is accurate, complete, and can be trusted.

Our team helps business leaders protect and manage their risk related to information regarding technology, people, systems, processes, culture, and physical surroundings. We help clients’ understand their current capability and develop a plan to target cyber security investment, helping to respond to actual cyber incidents, and advising on legal issues related to breaches, data privacy, and protection.

As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include:

Designing, deploying and operationalizing secure and highly scalable enterprise systems on public cloud
Translating clients' risk, security, and compliance requirements into specific Cloud security solutions and design patterns
Applying PwC's Cloud Security Reference Architecture to deliver consistent, standardized solutions for Identity & Access Management, Data Protection, Secure DevOps, Security Operations, and other security domains;
Designing solutions for integration between Cloud and on-premise security solutions
Designing target operating model to support proposed solutions

Collaborating and coordinating solutioning work with other PwC Solution Architects in Infrastructure, IT Strategy, Service Delivery, etc

Managing/operating public, private and hybrid cloud solutions

Utilizing and applying knowledge of Cloud solutions across IaaS, PaaS & SaaS into projects, such as AWS, Azure, OpenStack, Cloud Foundry, Salesforce, Microsoft Office 365, Box etc

Utilizing and applying knowledge of enterprise security and Cloud security specific solutions into projects such as: IAM/IdaaS, CASB, Identity Governance, Cloud SOC/SIEM, Key Management & Encryption

Coaching others and encourage them to take ownership of their development
Developing a perspective on key global trends, including globalisation, and how they impact the firm and our clients
Upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

Requirements:
An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work

Minimum 6 years of experience in information technology and/or information security experience with 3+ years in an engineering role designing and supporting public clouds – AWS, GCP, Azure

Previous Consulting or Big 4 experience preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Application, Business, or relevant field

Certifications in Amazon and/or Google Cloud and/or Microsoft Certified Solutions Architect

Certifications CCSP, CCSK, CISSP, CCNP, CCNA, MCSE, MCSA certification considered a plus

Depth of experience with multiple security technologies such as Firewalls, Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems, Vulnerability Scanning, WAF, Wireless LAN, NAC, DLP, DDoS Mitigation, WAN security, CASB, SIEM, Content Filtering, Cloud Security gateways, Secure Proxies, SSL crypto solutions.

Experience with secure software development, data protection, cryptography, key management, identity and access management (IAM), network security (VPNs) within cloud environments

Experience in architecting and deploying secure software defined and virtualized networks

Development experience - Java, JavaScript, C#, C++, C/Objective C, PHP, PowerShell, Bash, Python

Experience with JSON, Python, XML and ability to write cloud automation scripts desired
