This is an entry level position for a person with good computer and communication skills.
The person will be responsible for manually or electronically entering and updating data in several databases. Data includes text and numeric data as well as financial information. Accuracy is extremely important. Other duties will include filing, administrative tasks, answering telephones and e-mails as well as assisting other staff. This position works closely with an administrative team in a successful established small business.
This is a great opportunity for someone starting out and looking into getting into in an office environment. It is also a position that can grow with the abilities of the right individual.
The qualifying candidate will have:
- High School Diploma or better
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
- Strong data entry and keyboarding skills
- good self-discipline and organization skills
Our office is located in central Edmonton and the hours of work are M-F 8:00 - 4:30.
