Providing bookkeeping and payroll services to various clients throughout a broad range of industries
Completion of bookkeeping responsibilities in a timely fashion, adhering to firm deadlines.
Preparing and filing of HST remittance
Preparing and filing of Source remittances
Preparation of T4, T5 slips.
Reception duties such as directing calls, interaction with customers and other office duties as required.
Preparation of personal income tax returns (will train)
Post-secondary education in related field
Experience in accounting, specifically public practice an asset
Proficient in Sage 50 and QuickBooks software
Extensive knowledge in all bookkeeping procedures and payroll
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
