Position: Bookkeeper / Financial Clerk

We are currently opening resources in the communities of Prince Rupert, Smithers and Terrace and Williams Lake, Enderby and Kelowna BC We are currently seeking individuals interested in joining our management team

Job Summary

As a member of our Financial department, you will be in working on financial-related tasks for our company while working side by side 3 co-workers in our “Finance Department”.

In this position, you will help execute and process our company payroll, data entry, AP and other administrational duties. You will be able to problem solve, brainstorm and collaborate to develop and improve overall efficiency and productivity of your department.

Some Duties: - Bank reconciliations - Accounts payable - Payroll (ROE’s, Source deductions) (understanding and know ability to do so I needed) - Data Entry - Other Administrational duties

Requirements: - Must Be Familiar With - Sage 50 - Knowledge of Excel + Other Microsoft Programs - Strong Work Ethic - Work Under Pressure - Payroll Experience - Work under pressure - Patient - Problem Solving Skills - Familiar with Windows systems & Apps - Self-Learner - Takes Initiative - Efficient - Ability to interact with staff and people

Compensation Range:

- Hourly Wage $19.00 - $24.00 + - Health Benefits - Sick Days - Flexible Team
