AUTOLOANS.CA is looking for an experienced PRIME/SUB-PRIME FINANCE DIRECTOR for our rapidly growing sales team in Etobicoke. Providing clients with finance solutions in an energetic atmosphere and a supportive team of Finance Managers working with you. We're looking for an enthusiastic, positive and ambitious Finance Director who loves helping people with good, bad or difficult credit situations obtain automotive finance loans. Our focus is to advise our clients through a unique step by step process with the goal of helping them rebuild and re-establish their credit while at the same time putting them in the best situation possible.

The Finance Director will identify and qualify customers’ needs for a vehicle and take a credit application over the phone, work with our network leaders to getting the application approved and vehicle selected throughout our inventory. The Finance Director has a strong ability to communicate with customers over the phone and establish control through the sales process.

Job Duties:

  • Monitor and analyze Finance Managers' performance
  • Train and coach the sales team on sales methodologies that support established sales targets and to maintain consistency throughout the sales process
  • Assist the Finance Managers in exceeding sales goals and objectives to ensure department profitability
  • Be the Go To for your Finance Managers with closing deals by negotiating price, completing sales contracts, explaining service and finance inquiries as needed
  • Remain abreast on available inventory and update sales team to optimize customer choice and inventory turn around
  • Articulate vehicle selection, attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options, and dealership policies/services to sales staff and customers when needed
  • Manage client issues and escalations
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Autoloans' expectations as it pertains to interactions with clients, colleagues and vendors
  • Remain abreast on all product knowledge, finance options, promotions, value-add products/services, servicing plans, and industry trends

What We Look for:

  • 3+ years of experience with lending, mortgages, credit and collections
  • Phone sales experience
  • A work hard, play hard attitude.
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Basic idea of financial concepts (credit reports, loans, risk etc.)
  • Deal Desking and Closing experience
  • Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations
  • Ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base
