We are currently accepting applications for a Deck Framer to join our team in Calgary.
Requirements:
- Experience in wood framing and/or all types of deck/fence building
- Read blueprints and specs for projects
- Complete daily job site journals
- Hold a valid class 5 license with a clean Drivers Abstract
- Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm as well as some weekends when required
- Knowledge of installing retaining walls and paving stones
- Knowledge of railing systems
- Knowledge of different decking systems
- Knowledge of fencing styles and methods of assembly
- Ability to operate various pieces of equipment
- Minimum of 1 year experience building decks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Deck building/framing experience and a good understanding of local building codes required
Wage is dependent on experience and references
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $32.00-$38.00 per hour
