About the Job:
We are looking for a talented PPC/SEM Marketer to join our team. We have rapidly grown our business through highly effective customer acquisition strategies and need help continuously evolving and scaling these operations.
This person will be expected to manage the entire customer journey & funnel through PPC/SEM.
As our PPC/SEM Marketing Manager, you'll report directly to the Founders and will be responsible for applying your exceptional performance marketing skills towards meeting and exceeding our new customer acquisition goals.
From campaign design, performance optimization, A/B copy testing, PPC landing pages, and new campaign build outs you'll have your hands full in a large and competitive field.
We've set some ambitious growth goals and this role offers the opportunity to directly impact the marketing of the company as we scale.
This is a full-time position with options to work from either our Downtown Toronto or Vaughan office
Build out search, shopping, and display campaigns
Managing and executing all aspects of PPC/SEM/Paid Social campaigns, including developing keyword and campaign strategy, ad and landing page testing, and bid and budget management
Responsible for the maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, cost of acquisition, ROI, and other account metrics.
Manage and optimize campaign tracking and reporting for existing channels with social and content marketing
Develop and implement ad copy tests & landing page tests
Generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goal tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
Run tests, tests and more tests
3+ years of experience directly managing paid search campaigns (preferably direct to consumer brands)
Demonstrated experience managing large budgets
Proficient in Excel, Google Analytics, AdWords & Bing
A passion for paid search and digital marketing; eager to work in a collaborative, fast paced setting
Well-versed in marketing speak: CPA, CTR, impressions, etc.
