We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented and self-motivated individual to join our team in a small office environment. This permanent, part time transition to full time in the spring.

We are looking for a reliable person with a friendly and proactive attitude. Someone who is good with social media and has a knack for creative posts! The ideal candidate will have administrative and switchboard/telephone experience and experience working in a customer service oriented and team player environment.

We are a Dog friendly office with two dog companions in the office daily. Reliable transportation and drivers license is preferred but not required as the person who is hired is expected to open/close some days. Free parking is provided!

The responsibilities include:

  • Routing deliveries and pick-ups
  • Customer follow up
  • Social Media Marketing
  • A variety of bookkeeping tasks using a combination of custom software
  • Answering phone calls and greeting clients
  • Assisting the General manager in daily tasks
  • Email correspondence with multiple vendors & clients
  • Billing clients and following up with payment
  • Sorting and filing AP invoices
  • End of day procedures
