Corey Craig Group is a privately owned and leading customer service organization with over thirty-six Tim Hortons locations, three Wendy’s locations, four Shell Gas and Convenience store locations, and a Holiday Inn Express hotel, among other professional business operations. As a Junior Events Coordinator, you will be the face of our brands at company sponsored sporting events, public events and promotional activities that you will organize and manage a budget. You will work alongside a great Team and assist in growing our business through our communities.

How would you like to :

  • Manage company budgets for multiple funds
  • Maintain and track event calendars within our region
  • Monitor and arrange donation requests
  • Prepare news releases, event announcements for company sponsored events
  • Manage company social media sites and digital board
  • Manage our “Timbits” Minor sports programs including hosting soccer, baseball and hockey jamborees
  • Manage community events such as “Sunflower Program” offered through local schools
  • Organize Team events such as Annual Awards Banquet
  • Provide small marketing and administrative support to our Operations Team as required

Do you have what it takes:

  • A minimum of 2 years in a similar role
  • Marketing certificate or diploma
  • A combination of education and / or experience will be considered
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Work well on own or Team environment
  • Detail oriented
  • Great organization skills
  • Valid drivers license
  • Bilingual

Salary: $32,000.00 to $36,000.00 /year
