We are looking for an IT Project Manager to play an essential role in supporting our growth.
The IT Project Manager shall lead, define, plan and deliver all the aspects of the projects associated with our business partner’s strategic requests in compliance with the scope, deadline, budget and quality agreed upon as per Intact methodology. He or she shall also build and maintain strong relationships with our business partner and the other IT teams to ensure the success of our corporate objectives.

Be responsible for overall delivery and management of strategic requests from our business partner.
Manage the projects with an understanding of the business partner’s strategies, priorities and challenges. Assess capabilities to come up with appropriate solutions and deliver the expected value.
Manage stakeholders and maintain good relationships with internal and external collaborators.
Divide the project into achievable tasks and set up a functional organizational chart with roles and responsibilities.
Develop and keep the strategic requests plan up to date by identifying the deliverables and dependencies, estimating the associated duration and costs and participating in assigning resources to activities.
Build, lead and coordinate, in direct and/or indirect supervision mode, the activities of multidisciplinary teams including Project Managers (PM), Coordinators, Scrum Masters and PCOs.
Write reports on the entire project (progress, issues, costs, closing, etc.) in compliance with set performance indicators. Lead project risk management. Efficiently manage project delivery. Maintain dashboards on a periodic and progressive basis all through the program/projects.
Anticipate issues and difficult situations and take the necessary steps to resolve them. Ensure proactive, collaborative and effective communication at all levels of the project. Ensure the right channels of communication are in place between the project collaborators. Manage relationships with the business partner and senior management and meet their expectations.
Provide leadership and vision to the project. Formalize processes and quality control.
Help with Intact project management practices and assist with their ongoing development. Act as a mentor to the project team members.
Master Agile/Scrum/Scaled Agile development and ensure processes and tools are well adapted.

A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Software Engineering or another equivalent combination of training and experience.
At least 5 years of experience managing projects.
Strong experience delivering in Agile/Scrum mode in software engineering.
Experience with continuous delivery management.
Experience with scaled agile with several agile teams.
