The Administrative Support team member works with various departments in the organization in order to support the ongoing activities of the business. They are comfortable doing a variety of administrative duties and have a strong knowledge of sales and marketing in a customer focused environment.

POSITION PROFILE:

The Administrative Support team member works with various departments in the organization in order to support the ongoing activities of the business. They are comfortable doing a variety of administrative duties and have a strong knowledge of sales and marketing in a customer focused environment.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administration for Culligan employee websites
  • New Sales Consultant on-boarding
  • Order and manage inventory of Sales, Operations and Fleet marketing material – Brochures, contracts, cooler tray stickers, business cards, door hangers, flyers, envelopes, letterhead etc.
  • Arrange travel bookings for all employee travel including flights, hotels and car rentals
  • Work with Sales Managers on various projects
  • Lead tracking administration including reporting, monitoring and training new employees.
  • Reviewing sales contracts and assist as needed
  • Generate, track and work with various sales, marketing and administrative reports
  • Prepare, update and manage equipment price lists and system selling pages
  • Set up and book all Home shows
  • Various administrative tasks including dealing with returned and undeliverable mail, assisting with invoice mailing
  • Assist with updating and correcting customer accounts and posting payments
  • Back up for customer cancellations, resigns, filter change booking, etc.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ontario Secondary School Diploma required
  • Completion of post-secondary education in a related field is an asset
  • Experience working with a Sales team in a Marketing role is a definite asset
  • Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal and teamwork skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
  • Intermediate (Proficient) Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel Word, PowerPoint)
  • Highly organized and detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize simultaneously
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills including written, oral and comprehension
