Job Summary

As a member of the Marketing team, supporting the execution of projects from a resource management perspective, this position will be responsible managing and delivering the design, production, and deployment of digital and social content as provided by the Marketing Managers. In addition, this position oversees the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital projects, including site launches, online tools, web applications and advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate has previous experience in an agency setting, working on a variety of projects from simple (banners/social/landing page/email), to more complex (contests, website redesigns and integrated campaigns) as well as CRM initiatives. A background in resource management a plus.

For this position, you should be a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how technology can help us achieve our business goals. You should be methodical and have excellent time management skills. As a Digital project manager, you should also use your communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams. Ultimately, you should be able to manage and deliver our projects’ digital lifecycle within quality, time and budget requirements.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Provide end-to-end project management
  • Scope project requirements including defining deliverables and resources required to complete project
  • Develop a detailed project plan, including workback schedules and timelines and monitor progress
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects
  • Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met, following up with internal stakeholders when projects go off-course
  • Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications
  • Monitor and report on Google Analytics metrics
  • Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
  • Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
  • Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience within Marketing
  • Proven work experience as a Digital project manager
  • Hands on experience with project management software, like MS Project and AtTask
  • Familiarity with Content Management systems and HTML/CSS
  • Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of UE software
  • Diligent, detail-oriented, responsible, accountable, flexible and team-oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment under tight deadlines is a must
  • Strong communication, listening, and organizational skills are essential
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Communication and team management skills
  • Experience in managing internal Quality assurance (QA) and client User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process;
  • Experience using project management software, preference to those candidates with experience using Asana.
  • Passionate about not-for-profit cause
  • Familiarity with fundraising and/or Blackbaud fundraising platform, is a plus
