The Branch Manager directs production, distribution, and installation, service, collection, and coin production operations for branch/plant, in assigned territory of organization by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
Coordinates production, distribution, warehousing, machine installation, removal, collection operations, and employment in accordance with policies, principles, and procedures established by Company.
Confers with customers, employees, supervisors, and district office to evaluate and promote improved and expanded services in area.
Develops plans for efficient use of materials, machines, and employees.
Reviews production costs and product quality, and modifies production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable operation of branch.
Hires outside contractors for construction and carpentry work. Coordinates security operations.
Handles customer complaints.
Coordinates vehicle maintenance operations.
Directs preparation of records.
Recommends budgets to management.
Manages subordinate supervisors who supervise employees in the collection, installation, and service and production departments.
Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
Experience in route-based business operations
