SE Health is currently seeking a Technical Systems Analyst for our PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 application.
This role will provide support to the Enterprise within the HR & Payroll functions and will have an opportunity to significantly impact organizational growth and effectiveness through delivering best in class technology solutions.
Engaged in all phases of the application support and development lifecycle, the ASA would be responsible for analyzing challenging production issues, creating change management strategy, designing, testing, documenting and implementing new solutions for our dynamic internal customer base in HR, Total Rewards & Payroll.
Work with the SE HRIS team in resolving problems in the HR / Payroll application
Generate statistics and write reports for customers and/or team members
Write SQL scripts to address gaps in functionality and/or performance of applications as necessary
Manage migration of new software programs across different phases of the project (DEV to UAT)
Advise on technical issues involving configuration, development, integration
Liaise within the team for efficient implementation of software fixes, new software products or systems and for resolution of any issues
Develop and maintain user manuals and guidelines
Analyze and assess existing business systems and procedures to identify process improvements
Create or update programs and applications according to specifications
Administer critical analysis of test results and deliver solutions to problem areas
Develop new programs and applications to create efficiencies in current processes
Design and monitor software tests on new and existing programs for the purposes of correcting errors, isolating areas for improvement, and general debugging
Create appropriate Change Management processes for Production changes
Assist in the definition, development, and documentation of business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications on a project-by-project basis in collaboration with internal users and departments
Assist in defining project plans, including scoping, scheduling, and implementation
Conduct research on emerging application development software products, languages, and standards in support of procurement and development efforts
Be willing to engage in life-long learning with respect to professional development, training and courses of study
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or other technically relevant degree
3-5 years of Technical Support / Analysis Experience
Minimum 3 years’ Experience in PeopleSoft Development and/ or Analyst role
Strong SQL/ Query Knowledge
PeopleSoft HCM Knowledge (data structure), with exposure to Core HR, Time & Labor and NA Payroll
Familiarity with data quality and governance issues and requirements
Ability to conduct research into production issues
Exceptional attention to detail with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong customer service skills
Flexible and adaptable in learning and understanding new technologies & processes
Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to apply and follow Agile project management principles and tasks
Ability to work in a team oriented, collaborative environment
Ability to work flexible hours
Possess prior experience of supporting large scale organizations with successful ERP implementation(s) ( nice to have)
