This role will support the Americas Territory marketing team. We are looking for someone with 3+ years marketing background.

Please note, this is not a Data Scientist role.

Working in Marketo, this key role is the main point of contact in providing data and configuration support to stakeholders based in Americas. You will deliver services such as segmentations, data uploads, email and campaign configuration. Consistent with our team’s commitment to achieving operational excellence, you will serve as an in-house expert on marketing data analytics, automation systems, and best-in-class operational processes.

Responsibilities

Execute email marketing campaigns and build processes in Marketo, the marketing automation platform
Ideal candidate will possess strong marketing automation experience - a must
Collaborate with marketing managers to understand their marketing program objectives and define data segments
Create audience segmentations and data reports for marketing activities with Marketo, Salesforce, and SQL from internal databases
Scrub external data lists and import contacts into marketing and sales CRM systems. Use, monitor, and report issues of automation processes when appropriate
Remove barriers to technology for demand generation success. Navigate and become an expert on internal tools and systems, lead management, and GDPR policies to enable marketers to build campaigns with ease
Resolve stakeholder issues pertaining to data, automation and processes. Propose, design, and validate new solutions and processes to address emerging marketing requirements and business goals
Work closely with Autodesk internal and external stakeholders to reconcile data quality issues. Interact with other groups such as Information Technology, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Vendors to facilitate data quality improvements

Qualifications

3+ years experiences in marketing and/or Marketing Operations - (a must)
Understanding of how a marketing automation system works (Marketo is ideal) and understand its impact in an organization
Written and verbal fluency in English
Service minded, customer focused & attentive to details
Excellent problem solver, reliable and timely
Solid MS Office skills (especially Excel)
Positive attitude, curious, knowledge sharer, strong communicator
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related major
