We are looking for a Full-time Traveling Photo Consultant and Photographer.

Manage the territory accounts; re-sign accounts and maintain service levels and relationships. (Extensive sales or customer experience skills, and excellent English required).
Photograph kids from Kindergarten through grade 12, and beyond. (Extensive photographer training required).
Manage on a day to day basis the coordination of photographers and servicing of the products and services of the Company for the area.
Experience the Fall and Spring of BC while traveling 6 months of the year throughout central and Northern BC; excellent holidays and benefits provided.
Promote the brand, services, and products of the Company to the accounts and prospects assigned to him/her.
Keep and maintain accurate and detailed records and information on each account and prospect assigned, with respect to the provision of products, and account information, and to ensure that this information is updated daily or weekly in the Company's electronic database.
Handle Customer inquiries (photo dates, package information, school services, etc.).
Manage Customer complaints and requests (DNR’s, late shipments, rush shipments, services, special requests, etc.) in conjunction with our Customer Service team.
Recruit, retain, and coordinate scheduling for a team of photographers for the territory.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of photographers for all territories.
Lead the administrative tasks associated with teams of photographers from all territories.
Special projects as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed performance expectations.
Encourage repeat customers.
Suggest ways to minimize costs, maximize revenue, and promote green practices.
Create and update task descriptions for direct reports.
Work with other photographers and Area reps, and company departments to share best practices and continuously improve.
Support the organization’s Business Development Strategy and Team by attending monthly team meetings.
Other duties as assigned/needed.

The position requires:
Engaging and photographing children in schools; clean criminal record check required.
Traveling to schools in both urban and remote locations in all weather conditions, including in the winter.
Great communication skills; comfortable and confident engaging with school administrators.
B2B customer support; tracking orders and customer details in a CRM.
Coordination of a small team of up to 2 individuals at a future date.

This is a remote position suited for candidates in Central or Northern BC.
