We provide commercial and industrial HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) system installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairing services to the Government facilities, School boards, hotels, Food Processing industry and Property Management companies

Job Description and Requirements:

This position requires: 3 to 5 years of experience mechanical contracting company would be an asset; Proficiency in "QuickBook Pro"; team player and adaptive to changes.

Day today operations includes: invoicing, accounts payable & receivable, payroll, bank re-conciliation, preparation of year-end, creating new jobs & purchase order, entering employee time sheets to jobs, managing payroll deductions and liabilities (WSIB, monthly payroll remittances), and processing payroll forms.

  • Responsible for organization and filing (hard copy and electronic) of office documents/paperwork
  • Responsible for incoming/outgoing mail and courier services
  • Promptly responds to emails or voicemail messages
  • Good organization skills required as this position heavily deals with the management documents.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary in order to effectively take instruction and communicate with third parties over email/telephone
  • Perform any other clerical tasks as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 to $47,000.00 /year

Experience:

  • WSIB, monthly payroll remittances: 3 years (Preferred)
  • administrative assistant: 3 years (Required)
  • Quickbooks: 3 years (Required)
