The candidate must be perfectly bilingual. They must speak, read and write fluently in both French and English. The candidate must be experienced with Word, Excel and Outlook.

- Answer customer inquires by email and by phone

- Open and distribute the mail

- File paperwork

- Enter orders

- Schedule transports

- Prepare custom paperwork

- Invoice orders that shipped

- Process payments by check or credit card

- Pay our suppliers

- Register credit card expenses to the correct General Ledger account.

- Reconcile the bank
