Chicken Place at the Dufferin and Finch, our North York Location is hiring for an experienced Chef in the rotisserie kitchen! We serve chicken styled food like whole/half/quarter chicken dinners, chicken fingers, dips, falafels, souvlaki, Greek salad, and chicken sandwiches.

We are hiring a Chef/Cook. The Chef/ Cook will work with the Head Chef in the production of a weekly order that is prepared and delivered on time

Kitchen or food manufacturing experience is required. Responsibilities include:

- Ensuring all food is handled and stored safely in accordance with health and safety regulations

- Operate all kitchen equipment with safety in mind at all times

- Adhere to all standard recipes in order to maintain consistency

- Knowledgeable with food preparation and food assembly

- Be able to take orders and make the food required on the spot

- Able to work under pressure and be a team player

The ideal candidate

- Has experience with high volume cooking for the fries

- Listens and adheres to the recipes provided to ensure quality food

- can adhere to Food Safety and Quality Assurance requirements

- has a great attitude and willingness to learn

- has culinary training or experience

- works in a clean manner

- Food Handler's Certificate an asset
