We’re seeking a permanent part-time Student Experience Lead position to join our team at Luminesque Dance. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with our diverse group of adult students, guiding them throughout their personal growth journey, deeply listening to their feedback, and supporting our HQ team in developing the best possible student experience for everyone in our community. The hours for this role are primarily weekday evenings and weekends, as attending all of our dance classes and events is mandatory for this position. This Lead position will also be responsible for constantly communicating with the rest of the Student Experience Coordinator team and serving as the liaison between them and the HQ team.

Luminesque Dance is the heels dance program and shows, guaranteed to make you glow! Our expertly designed program teaches adults of all backgrounds, ages and levels of experience to safely dance and perform in heels. Our mission is to provide a safe and empowering space to celebrate otherwise repressed expressions of sexuality, self-love and embodied storytelling through public performances of heels dance. We do this by producing dozens of massive sold-out shows per year at premiere Vancouver venues with a diverse cast of students. Our team is a dynamic group of artists, leaders and professionals all with the goal of building each other up, sparking joy and nurturing “the glow” of unabashed confidence in all bodies, minds and souls. We believe our community of empowered, confident, expressive students serve as radiant leaders that uplift their circles of influence - thus making our world a better, brighter place for all.
