Job Description Summary:
BASIC FUNCTION: The Cashier takes the guests orders and enters the orders into the POS system. The Cashier will also collect and process debit and credit card payments.

Job Description:
QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, & WORK EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent.
Cash handling experience preferred.
Outgoing, positive, and upbeat personality.
Bilingual (French) an asset.
Excellent communication skills.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provide guests with exceptional service at all times.
Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
Input transactions into Point of Sale system.
Collect and process payment information.
Maintain daily report of transactions.
Make copies of all paperwork and checks daily.
Organize and keep stocked the Grab and Go area.
Assist in re-ordering all items needed for the Grab and Go area.
Polish glasses and silverware as needed.
Be familiar with all property amenities, services, and other offerings.
Proactive in the smooth operation of the department by answering and addressing guest concerns and foreseeing any problems.
