Key Responsibilities:

Promote positive and supportive attitude towards clients.

Ability to work flexible hours; days, evenings and weekends.

Problem solve in escalated situations.

Assist clients with managing behavior and emotions.

Work collaboratively with a team for support with clients.

Work one on one with children and youth.

Education & Training:

Successful completion of post secondary education or willing to obtain.

Have experience working in human services.

First Aid and CPR

NVCI is a plus

Must have drivers licence and vehicle

Clear criminal record
