Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, the successful candidate will fill the full-time position of Senior Property Administrator at Avenue Commercial Real Estate. This position is responsible for property management support and administrative functions related to a mixed-use portfolio including retail; office; commercial condo; industrial.


  • Working closely with the Senior Property Manager and Executive Assistant to develop strong tenant relationships and supporting property management and building operating requirements
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with tenants, contractors and clients
  • Assisting the onsite maintenance team and liaising with tenants and service providers
  • Aiding with preparation of budgets and monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Processing invoices for payment including tenant charge backs
  • Collections of tenant arrears and maintaining minimal accounts receivables
  • Prep Managing purchase orders for the portfolio
  • Coordinating tenant move-in and move-out transitions
  • The collection and maintenance of various records including Insurance Certificates and contact information
  • Drafting communication to tenants
  • Responsible for ensuring that all filing is maintained in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintaining compliance for high security office properties
  • Providing administrative support to the operations team when required
  • Liaise with Tenant Service Coordinator on work orders through the Angus Anywhere
  • Preparing monthly reports for all properties

  • To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications
  • An RPA or RECA property management licence would be an asset
  • An induvial looking to advance into property Management
  • Five (5) years minimum experience in property management administration and/or commercial real estate property accounting or property management
  • A real estate license in property management would be preferred or a willingness to attain such
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other property management applications; including Spectra and Angus
