Yocale is looking for a self-motivated, passionate, driven individual to be part of our high-energy, success-hungry sales team. The Sales Development Representative will primarily be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support our Account Executives.

What you will be doing
Prospect and identify new account opportunities with appointment-driven businesses through outbound initiatives including cold calling, email and lead sourcing.
Respond to inbound sales leads and convert those leads into sales.
Build relationships with leads by conducting ongoing, informative communication moving opportunities through the sales funnel.
Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects points to determine how Yocale offers the solution to those needs.
Manage data in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged and accurate
What you will need
1-2 years cold calling, sales, canvassing, or phone experience preferred but not required
Ability to engage quickly; a consultative and confident approach is key
Competitive drive and strategic, business development mindset to exceed sales targets
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
