As a Recruiter at Staples you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment efforts including sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, negotiation of offers and hiring applicants to fill open requisitions. You will use cutting- edge technology to help find the ideal candidates for our open positions and will collaborate with hiring managers to get the right talent for their needs.

How you’ll make an impact (Functional Capabilities):
Recruit primarily for B2B sales positions for Staples Business Advantage.
Working side by side with the business, you set the strategy for how each role will get filled. You will partner with hiring manager to identify qualified candidates, seek feedback, and make hiring recommendations. You are a true Talent Advisor.
Leverage market data to understand potential challenges. There is no candidate that you cannot find.
You are a Staples advocate, clearly articulating our employer value proposition and the opportunity this creates for potential candidates to advance their career at Staples.
Proactively communicate with hiring managers relevant information regarding their open roles including market conditions, obstacles, and advise on any changes that need to take place.
Negotiate offers. Advise and enable the business to hire the best talent.
Follow legal/compliance requirements and selection & hiring guidelines.
Throughout the process, you communicate with candidates and provide an exceptional experience. You speak with passion about our amazing company culture, you clearly outline expectations of the role and are transparent about the alignment of candidate’s skills vs what is needed.
Nothing is perfect. You identify process issues and make recommendations for improvement.

3+ years of full life cycle recruiting
Previous experience recruiting for B2B corporate sales positions
Previous experience using a variety of sourcing strategies including proactive sourcing techniques
Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems, CRMs and have knowledge of government hiring guidelines and regulations
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS to manipulate reports and data.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
