Xpera Risk Mitigation and Investigations is seeking to hire an Operations Support Administrator (OSA) for our Toronto office located at Gordon Baker Road.

Under the general direction of the Operations Support Supervisor, the OSA is responsible for providing general administration and reception duties to the office. The role will be critical to the business by providing exceptional customer service skills and administrative support to the team. The OSA will maintain relationships and communications with employees at all levels, internal and external to the company and is a key member of the organization charged with administrative, data entry and reception functions.

  • Proficiency in the use of office equipment such as computers, voice messaging systems, fax, photocopiers

Responsibilities
  • Provision of day to day assistance to the operations team in the following areas:
  • Responsible for answering phone calls, directing phone calls and responding to inquiries where required
  • Maintaining confidential client records and files
  • Scanning, emailing, faxing, recording and filing all daily materials and documents
  • Maintaining file storage room
  • Updating and distribution of office contact lists
  • Assisting in daily file closing as required
Education, knowledge and experience required
  • 1-3 years’ experience working in a fast paced, corporate environment
  • Post-secondary education in business administration or related field
  • Microsoft Office proficiency at intermediate level (Word, Outlook, Excel)
