Opportunity Overview

Continuing our steady growth across western Canada, we are looking for a highly ambitious Business Development Coordinator for our Columbia Chrysler dealership located in Richmond.

The ideal candidate will be managing a high volume of customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and chat whilst ensuring profitability and success of the dealership by ensuring high customer satisfaction and a world class experience.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to

Multi-channel communication with the customer: contact via email, phone, website, fax etc
Responding to Internet Leads promptly.
Be a liaison between customers and the service and sales department.
Assist in implementing customer campaigns and marketing projects.
Must be comfortable with computers programs and smart devices.
Assist in generating reports and logs

Call Center experience a plus.
Dealership experience preferred.
Automotive Service experience a plus.
Excellent phone, organizational, written, and oral skills.
Ability to instantly build rapport with clients with a friendly but professional demeanor.
Must have strong organizational skills and is an accomplished self-manager when it comes to using time productively.
Positive Attitude.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivation and self-sufficient.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Drive to succeed customer expectations.

Training and Support
