Reporting to the National Director, Operations, the Regional Manager is responsible for the implementation of commercial & residential initiatives to support growth and new profitable products for iv3 Solutions. You will be responsible for working with and managing a field team of inspectors and ensuring the proper procedures are being followed to successfully execute our extraordinary 3 year growth strategy. You will also have input on the direction and creation of strategic commercial and residential product and branding initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with other two Regional Managers to care for the field team under your oversight, monitoring performance and ensuring accountability to client expectations, also responsible for daily assignment & follow up on files
  • Supports appropriate commercial & residential sales and marketing activities nationally or strategies with operational risk control support for new products and/or segments regionally or nationally
  • Through analysis of inspector performance metrics, use of inspector communication & training, relationship building; build & Execution of a proper strategy to ensure inspector effectiveness in quality, performance and proactive communication
  • Provides leadership and strategic guidance
  • Works with the National Director, Operations and the National Director, Sales and Development on market research to support new product development & provides strategic input for national trends
  • Ensures delivery and accountability of all reports in accordance with SLA expectations and National Quality Assurance standards
  • Coordinate training sessions with existing inspectors and onboarding of new inspectors
  • Triage and coordinate the assignment of completed reports to qualified QA specialist

Experience:

  • Insurance Carriers relationships a plus
  • University Degree, College Degree, CRM or CIP
  • Strong P&C Technical Experience – with a carrier or risk management firm
  • Ensures strong understanding of the P&C marketplace with deep understanding of technical requirements for building code, construction, NFPA, fire code, valuations and underwriting requirements
  • Prior field experience as an inspector considered an asset
  • Deep understanding of the Property and Casualty insurance market and technical wordings; Strong Business Acumen; Risk Management expertise an asset
  • Operations background; Underwriting; Accountability; Coaching; Strong Communication Skills; Strategic; Fire Protection/Services; Knowledge of Building codes and basic COPE information; Risk Management Expertise; Ability to travel nationally on occasion if required
  • Experience with LC360 and other carrier systems an asset
