The TTS Technology Business Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for designing the functional architecture of core payments product as part of payments transformation program. The successful candidate will collaborate with the key stakeholders from product, technology and operations to design and deliver highly scalable and standard functional architecture for core payments product. The candidate will also interact with development Project Manager, the development, testing, and production support teams, as well as other departments within Citigroup (such as the System Administrators, Database Administrators, Data Center Operations, and Change Control groups) for TTS platforms.The candidate should be experienced in payments domain with strong experience in technical & functional behavior of GPPSP product.

Responsibilities:
Design functional architecture of multiple large scale/complex software solutions, even by extending the existing platform through custom development, customization and integration with in-house solutions and vendor solutions leading to a complete platform that caters to key business requirements.
Design the functional architecture of core payments product globally as part of payments transformation program.
Responsible for designing Core Payments Flow, configurations and implementation of GPPSP product.
Design, code, test, document and implement application release projects as part of development team.
Work closely with Program Management and Quality Control teams to deliver quality product to agreed project schedules.
Proactively notify Development Project Manager of risks, bottlenecks, problems, issues, and concerns.
Compliance with Citi's System Development Life cycle and Information Security requirements

Qualifications:
7+ years of strong experience and understanding of various Payments schemes and ecosystems.
Strong understanding of Payments messaging formats such as ISO 8583, ISO 20022, and SWIFT etc.
Experience in designing enterprise transaction based system with focus on recovery, stability, reliability, scalability and performance.
Experience in GPPSP payment flow process including business and system setups.
Preferred experience in working on JMS / MQ applications.
Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications
Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements

Education:
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
