- Responsible for incoming customer inquiries assigned by manager, relating to delivery of customer purchase order, delivery changes and status.
- Assist Account Manager in preparation of quotations, sales presentations and general clerical duties.
- Excellent computer proficiency with MS Office.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Maintain ongoing dialogue with production, quality and engineering as it relates to customer issues and requirements.
- Excellent communication skills are essential (written and verbal).
- Experience/knowledge in SAP and Syteline would be an asset.
- Experience.knowledge in EDI procedures.
- Manufacturing knowledge or production processes.
Business College diploma/university degree or related experience will receive preferential consideration.
