We are looking to add a highly organized Go-To-Market Coordinator to our Brand Marketing, GTM team. The candidate will manage the day to day operations of the Mejuri communications calendar, as well as digital and online launches of campaigns. This person will be responsible for the cross-departmental communication and project management that leads to the successful launch of campaigns. They will report to the Senior Manager, Brand Marketing GTM. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver who is passionate about delivering on-time, on-brand and on-budget campaigns.
To sparkle in this role, you will:
Manage and execute against the daily communication calendar, driving on-time delivery of business-as-usual initiatives on all channels (email, social media, ads, website)
Own day to day calendar management, particularly communication between marketing, creative and UX design teams
Ensure all task deadlines are achieved and that each deliverable is completed on time
Drive cross-departmental adherence to timelines and deadlines
Liaise with Product Marketing Manager to ensure new product launches are successfully launched on time
Liaise with the Retail Marketing Manager to ensure marketing is launched on time for new store launches
Manage daily updates to the team on any timeline changes, and innovate how we project manage digitally to ensure we have cohesive, smooth communication
Our bright and shiny candidate has:
2+ years experience in project management for a primarily e-commerce or retail brand
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field
Strong understanding of digital management platforms and building functional digital projects
Very detail oriented with excellent communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects / campaigns at once
Must be entrepreneurial and continually innovate on new ways to grow
