As the Marketing / Account Manager, you will work in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment with Business Development and Operational stakeholders to enhance and lead marketing activities and tasks while supporting the sales team. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills, an eye for new innovative ideas and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
Marketing Strategy and Execution

Lead the development of the company's marketing direction and supporting tactical initiatives
Develop strategies and tactics to boost the company's reputation and drive qualified traffic
Deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
Collect and evaluate market research and adjust strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions
Identify target audiences, as directed by the executive management team, and creatively devise and lead marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
Collaborate with operational team to create marking content
Manage and maintain digital media platforms

Sales Support

Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis
Develop product literature
Represents company at tradeshows and conferences
Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities
Prepare quotes and estimates in collaboration with Business Development team
Email quotes and estimates to prospects and clients
Follow-up on quotes sent in order to achieve sales targets
Use “TRAKON” CRM software to track and record data


Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years' experience in marketing / sales
Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
Ability to think creatively and innovatively
Budget-management skills and proficiency
Quotation and estimating experience
Project management skills in executing projects, directing subcontractors and organizing internal resources
Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design (i.e. adobe suite), web design, and production
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
