Summary: As SeletCom’s newest Outbound Sales Representative in the Montreal/Ottawa market, you will help business accounts seize the enormous opportunities of digital transformation. To do so, you challenge customers out of their comfort zone, while sustaining and strengthening our relationships along the way. You do all of this powered by one of Canada’s most trusted business telephony technology solutions provider. We want those who are self-driven and thrive in fast-paced environments. You will responsible for generating new business / revenue through traditional and new business development activities. You will create meaningful relationships and leverage your expertise to expand our market reach through new client acquisition, in person and over the phone.

You achieve all of this being team members, upholding excellent business acumen, expertly managing your pipeline and showing true passion in moving forward the sales process.

This is an individual contributor role. A role where you will be directly responsible for your success.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for engaging and establishing clients on a daily basis
  • Create long-term relationships and deliver strong value proposition to prospects.
  • Work with dedicated Sales Support teams to respond to any Inbound leads, RFI, RFP’s, etc.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of new opportunities with outbound sales activities on a daily basis.
  • Able to position hardware products and value added services well.
  • Able to travel within territory and meet face to face with prospects and customers.
  • Ability to work remotely (from home office or on the road) as well as in our corporate office environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years professional selling experience, preferably in the technology sector
  • A BA/BS Degree and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales objectives and quotas
  • Strong presentation, communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to build relationships and quickly develop trust with decision makers
  • Self-driven, motivated and results oriented
  • Extremely tech savvy with experience using CRM software, MS Office, E-Sign applications and other business software tools.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills along with interpersonal and communication skills
  • A burning entrepreneurial spirit and sales mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000.00 /hour
