We are currently recruiting for seasonal Guest Services Cashiers to join our team at the CN Tower. As the first point of guest contact, this position is responsible for ticket sales and guest service inquiries. This position also requires delivering information on CN Tower products and services in addition to information on the City of Toronto, as per CN Tower guest first standards.
- Ensure that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other aspects of guest service.• Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.• Accurately and efficiently operate point of sales system and accurately maintain all cash at the till.• Demonstrate superior communication and listening skills.• Present a professional image to guest, act as ambassador to CN Tower and City.• Execute role in specific area of responsibility with demonstrated quality focus and delivered• Upsell, cross sell, and substitute sell all possible CN Tower products.• Process all group sales ticketing on site.• Communicate guest requests to management.• Enter all survey data into specified survey program.• Maintain orderly appearance of cashier areas and supplies stocked.• Operate elevator and other box office equipment as necessary.
- Admissions/box office sales experience is an asset. • Retail loss prevention, group sales and/or hospitality and tourism experience is an asset.• Hospitality and tourism education and/or a secondary school diploma is an asset.
