Ashfield Healthcare is looking for an Inside Service Representative to call Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) focusing on how to help improve the lives of patients. This new opportunity will introduce you to the world of pharmaceuticals with no previous field experience required. Ashfield Healthcare success is built on a team-based environment and is looking for you to join the team!
- Places outbound phone calls on behalf of the client to key healthcare professionals to deliver key service messages to HCPs based on client approved call guide
- Capture key information discussed during calls in the CRM
- Manage relationships with the key influencers, client and all Ashfield business units through; regular touch points to ensure program KPIs are delivered and to attain goals
- Maintain existing business and promote additional services by providing insights to the team and provide solutions to the client’s needs
- Self-sufficient with the ability to assess business opportunities to proper manage their territory and meet call expectations
- University Degree preferred
- Fluently Bilingual French and English (oral and written)
- Open personality with an authentic charisma
- Professional and friendly manner, always accompanied by a smile
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external business units
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong Organizational Skills, independent and autonomous
- Service mindset and team player
- Strong work ethic
- Strong Interpersonal skills, Energetic and self-motivated
- No pharma experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Computer Literacy
