This position is a front-line Contact Center role. The agent will respond to customer inquiries about warranty products provided by the client to both customers and merchants, which will include updating payment information, as well as researching the customer’s account and providing basic trouble shooting techniques. This role is heavily focused on ensuring that the customer’s needs are met while providing a positive customer experience. Agents may perform some outbound follow up as required. The incumbent must have a strong customer focus and may perform some minor problem resolution. Customer retention, soft selling of product benefits and technical knowledge are important skills to possess for this role.

High school graduate or equivalent education
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to pass client background check requirements
Hours Of Operation for Warranty program: 7 days a week 10AM to 11PM*
